Online education event: Cholesterol

Following on from our previous online education event, the PCN will be hosting three more FREE sessions - this time on the topic of Cholesterol. 

One of our PCN pharmacists will talk you through the things you need to know about what cholesterol is, how it affects your body and what you can do to manage your cholesterol level.

There are three sessions to choose from - all sessions will be the same, so just pick the date and time that is best for you to attend.

Frailty refers to a person’s mental and physical resilience, or their ability to bounce back and recover from events like illness and injury. Being frail means a relatively ‘minor’ health problem can have a severe long term impact on someone’s health and wellbeing.

If you're living with frailty, or care for someone who is, come along to our FREE event to find out more information and get support to help you live well.
