On the first Tuesday of each month (except January and August), our GP surgeries and many others in the south Essex area close from 1pm. This is to allow all practice staff to develop and update their professional skills and knowledge.

During this time, the NHS out-of-hours service for urgent medical care will be available by calling 111.
